Estate Positioning

An established industrial estate in inner London

Juno+ is an industrial, trade, and logistics estate in South Bermondsey, Lewisham SE14, less than six miles from the City and the West End. It sits within a designated Strategic Industrial Location.

Howard Group bought the estate in 2000 and has kept it in industrial use while much of London's industrial land has been lost to housing. Over that time, it has grown to accommodate a wide variety of businesses, including trade counters, showrooms, logistics, storage, distribution and studios.

The next stage is the redevelopment of part of the estate to provide three new units. These will be all-electric, targeting BREEAM 'Excellent' and an EPC A rating. The rest of the estate will remain open and trading during the works.

Location

The estate is within a Strategic Industrial Location, land protected for industrial and employment use. Central London is 5.7 miles away, and Bermondsey, Peckham, Greenwich and Elephant & Castle are a short drive. For last-mile operators, this means shorter delivery routes into central London.

Connectivity

New Cross Gate and South Bermondsey stations are both within walking distance. By road, the A2 and the South Circular give access to the Blackwall Tunnel, the A20 and the M25. Junction 3 of the M25 is 13.5 miles away and Junction 8 of the M23 is 18 miles. A new London Overground station has been consented at Surrey Canal Road, next to the estate.

Occupier Mix

Juno+ has a broad mix of occupiers. National businesses such as DHL and Screwfix have traded here alongside smaller independent firms. Units range from around 2,600 sq ft to 57,000 sq ft, so occupiers can take more space or move to a larger unit without leaving the estate.

Why businesses choose Juno+ over competing estates:

01

Rare space to work in London

02

Owned by Howard Group since 2000

03

Room to grow within the estate

04

Business continues throughout the works

Why businesses choose Juno+ over competing estates:

01

Rare space to work in London

Industrial land in Zone 2 continues to shrink as demand for housing grows. Juno+ will keep providing warehouse and logistics space for years to come, with three new units from 8,631 sq ft to 35,386 sq ft planned.

02

Owned by Howard Group since 2000

Howard Group has owned and managed Juno+ for over 25 years and is funding the redevelopment itself.

03

Room to grow within the estate

Units range from around 2,600 sq ft to 57,000 sq ft. Occupiers can take extra space or move to a larger unit as their business grows, without changing landlord.

04

Business continues throughout the works

The redevelopment will be carried out in phases, and the rest of the estate will remain open and fully operational throughout.
